All I want for Christmas......

Our family is so very blessed to have all of the "things" we need and most of the things we want. But this year, one thing is different. There is something that we all want...that I want more than I have wanted anything since 2002 while we waited for McKenna to become our legal daughter. This year....this Mommy has one wish....and that wish is that the baby girl who calls me Mommy....cries for me....and begs to just "hold you Mommy" a million times a day....will always have me to hold as her heart desires. My Christmas prayer is that God's provision will manifest itself in legal documents that confirm what we already know: Cintia is our daughter.

This time last year, we would never have guessed what God had in store for us. And here we are...embarking on a journey of faith down a road that has yet to be built. Please join us in prayer as our attorney prepares our case and God starts paving the way. We are so grateful for the special gift of Cintia....and for each one of you who pray for her each day.

Cintia...we forge ahead and will never look back.
